FAQ

Questions, answered

Quick answers to the objections that matter before you sign up.

What's in the briefing — and what isn't?

An overnight market summary, futures and macro read, sector rotation map, key earnings for the day, and one named setup with entry, stop, and target. Free plan covers equities; the Trader plan adds options and futures. Briefbox does not issue intraday alerts, send push notifications mid-session, or give personalized advice for your specific portfolio. See a full sample briefing from a recent morning.

Where does the overnight data come from?

News wires, SEC filings, macro releases, options pricing and implied volatility, and public social signals — pulled by Sapiom search from 4 PM ET through 9 AM ET. No insider information, no proprietary terminal feeds, no data the public couldn't find themselves given enough hours. Aggregation is the value, not privileged access.

Is my data private?

Your email is used only to deliver the briefing and any transactional messages (subscription confirmations, cancellation receipts). We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. The only data we hold is what you provided at signup plus your subscription status — nothing more is collected from your end.

What does Free include and how do I upgrade?

Free gets the daily equity briefing with the market summary and earnings at a glance. To upgrade to the Trader plan ($9/mo) with options/futures coverage, the Setup of the Day, and the 7:00 AM pre-market alert, sign up via the subscribe page and pick the Trader tier. Upgrades take effect on your next scheduled briefing.

How much does it cost?

Free is $0 per month, no card required. Trader is $9 per month, billed through Stripe Checkout. There are no hidden fees, no usage caps on the briefing itself, and no tiered limits inside either plan.

When does the briefing arrive?

6:30 AM ET, weekdays only. Briefbox does not run on U.S. market holidays, so you won't see a briefing on those days either. If your travel or timezone shifts, the email still lands at 6:30 AM ET — adjust your reading time accordingly.

How is this different from scanning Twitter and Bloomberg myself?

Manual scans take 60–90 minutes, miss overnight signals, and pull in noise. Briefbox aggregates the same multi-source overnight stream automatically, ranks what's actionable, and writes it up before the bell. You trade the morning instead of researching it.

How do I cancel?

Every briefing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works immediately and also calls our unsubscribe endpoint. Paid Trader subscribers can also cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal — your access stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds for partial billing periods. The good news: you can cancel at any point during the month and your subscription simply won't renew — you keep Trader access through the period you've already paid for. There's no penalty for canceling.

Where else can I find Briefbox?

We're publishing across a handful of trader-focused outlets — TradingView, BabyPips, Trade2Win, Substack newsletters, and StockTwits. See the full list with audience sizes and whether each one is live or still in planning.

Stop reading headlines.
Start trading.

Briefbox turns 90 minutes of fragmented research into one email. The edge isn't in the tools — it's in having better information faster than the person on the other side of your trade.
